Triggers Notification.employerRegulatoryScreeningRequestForInformation when an employer screening status changes to REQUEST_FOR_INFORMATION. An initial notification is sent immediately. If the RFI remains outstanding, up to 3 reminders are sent automatically: reminder 1 after 2 days, reminder 2 after 7 days, and reminder 3 (final) after 14 days.
